Tanzania Tour Local Consultant – Safari Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation:
– A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your safari reservation.
– Full payment must be received prior to the commencement of the safari.

2. Cancellation Policy:
– Cancellations made less than 30 days before the safari start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
– Cancellations within 14 days of the safari start date are non-refundable.

3. Itinerary Changes:
– The company reserves the right to alter itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, ensuring similar or upgraded services.

4. Travel Insurance:
– Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended, covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

5. Health and Safety:
– Participants must inform the company of any medical conditions or dietary requirements before the safari.
– The company is not liable for health-related issues during the safari.

6. Responsibility:
– The company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the safari, including unforeseen events like weather conditions or wildlife interactions.

7. Force Majeure:
– The company is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or acts of terrorism, leading to itinerary changes or cancellations.

8. Travel Documents:
– Participants are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and health certificates are obtained prior to travel.

9. Environmental Responsibility:
– Participants are expected to follow ethical wildlife viewing practices and respect local customs and regulations.

10. Complaints:
– Any concerns or complaints must be communicated promptly to the company during the safari for immediate resolution.
